PLAYER usually takes up to 2 business days to process an order. Once processed, your product is typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order has been successfully placed.

As soon as your order is processed, you’ll receive an update via email (on your registered email ID) or SMS (on your registered mobile number), confirming that your order has been handled.

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation message with the tracking ID will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number. You can use that tracking ID to monitor your order’s status in real time.

If eligible, refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 working days from the date of cancellation.

PLAYER takes full responsibility for repairing or replacing products that fall within our replacement and warranty policy, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience for you.

All PLAYER products come with a 3 or 6-month warranty. You can even extend your warranty by 2 months by leaving a genuine review of your purchased product on online platforms.
