We offer free shipping across India
for all prepaid orders. Delivery time usually ranges between 4–6 days,
depending on your location. Customers must provide correct and complete details
to avoid any delay or delivery issues.
PLAYER Lifestyle may verify customer
information at any time. If any details are found to be false, we can cancel
the registration or restrict access to our services without prior notice. If a
delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong
name, address, or phone number), the customer will be responsible for any additional
charges for re-delivery.
All taxes and duties for deliveries
within India are already included in the product price. After your order is
shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Sometimes, deliveries may
get delayed due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters,
strikes, or other unforeseen events. PLAYER Lifestyle is not responsible for
delays caused by such conditions.

Exchange & Cancellation Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges.
You may cancel your order only before
it is dispatched, and with a valid reason. Once the product has been shipped,
cancellation is not allowed.
If you cancel before dispatch, you
won’t receive a refund, but you can choose another PLAYER product of equal or
higher value (by paying the difference).
If your product arrives missing,
damaged, or tampered with, you must inform us within 24 hours along with a
mandatory unboxing video, and send the product back to our warehouse within 7
days.

We will inspect the product and
either repair or replace it based on our evaluation. PLAYER Lifestyle reserves
the right to decide whether the damage is valid for repair or replacement.
All courier charges for sending the
product back must be paid by the customer. PLAYER will cover the costs only
after the product has been repaired.
